Screen sharing software streams your Mac display to webinar attendees so they see exactly what is on your screen. Our solution works natively with macOS and takes full advantage of Retina display rendering, delivering sharp, high-resolution output to your viewers. Whether you are walking through Keynote slides, demonstrating a workflow in a native app, or reviewing a document, attendees get a crisp, real-time view of your desktop.
The first time you click the share-screen button, your browser will guide you through a quick setup. macOS requires you to grant Screen Recording permission, which you can find in System Settings under Privacy & Security. Once you allow access for your browser, the connection is established automatically. This one-time approval is part of Apple's built-in privacy model and ensures no app can capture your screen without your explicit consent.
Yes, screen sharing is fully functional across all our plans, including the free plan. You can take advantage of this feature regardless of your subscription level.
By default, only hosts and co-hosts can share their screens. However, during a live session, hosts can enable screen sharing for attendees via a setting in the attendee list, allowing them to share their screens as needed.
You can share your full desktop or select a specific display if you have multiple monitors connected to your Mac. Individual application-window sharing is not available at this time, as the full-screen method prevents content from being accidentally cropped or hidden. If you want attendees to see only Keynote, a browser, or another specific app, simply run it in full-screen mode on the display you are sharing so your audience gets a focused, distraction-free view.
