By default, only hosts and co-hosts can share their screens. However, during a live session, hosts can enable screen sharing for attendees via a setting in the attendee list, allowing them to share their screens as needed.
Our screen-sharing tool on Windows lets you share your entire desktop or choose a specific monitor when using a multi-display configuration. Individual application-window sharing is not currently available, as the full-screen approach ensures no content is accidentally hidden or missed. If you need to present only a PowerPoint slideshow or a particular program, we recommend opening it in full-screen mode so attendees see exactly what you intend to show.
