For the presenter it important to learn the nuances of one’s webinar platform and the tools that will help retain the attention of the participants of online training. At such meetings, interactivity can be achieved with the help of text chat, tests and surveys, or inviting people to speak using their microphones.

In turn, participants should know that their results from participation in the training would be proportional to the efforts they make not only during the event but also after it.

Here, 4 rules can be mentioned:

  • During the first three days, be sure to rehearse the information you got at the training for the new knowledge to be memorized for a long time.
  • During 100 days, solve the tasks given by the coach and practice your new skills. Approximately this amount of time is required for the desired behaviour and skills to become a part of your life.
  • Praise yourself for the task solved or work was done.
  • Solve all tasks from the list and search for new information on the topic to keep interested in changes.

It is obvious that online training is an exciting and effective means of education. Yet, do remember that preparation to holding such classes should be done with proper care – you need to invite a professional coach, choose a reliable webinar platform and plan event promotion.
