Alternatives to the other webinar platforms
People ask us how we compare with the platforms they already know, so we wrote it down. Every figure on these pages was taken from the other company's own pricing page rather than from somebody else's comparison, and each page carries the date it was checked.
We have tried to keep them useful rather than flattering. Each one has a section on where the other platform is genuinely better than us, because a comparison that finds no fault with its own author is not a comparison.
One thing runs through all six. Every platform here caps how long a single live broadcast may run, and we do not, on any plan including the free one. The one boundary on our side comes from the calendar rather than the plan, because a scheduled webinar is a single entry in a day, while a permanent room stays open around the clock.
Two more things run through all six, and both come down to not paying for a size you do not need. None of them sells you a single day, so a one off event means opening a subscription, while a day with us starts at €11 and stops on its own. And when more people turn up than you paid for, the presenter buys another hundred seats from inside the running room for €18, as often as it takes, on every plan including the free one. Everywhere else that same moment turns into a bigger package, arranged in a billing panel or with their support team.
