One screenshot is worth a hundred words

We don't provide phone support because we believe it's not the most convenient option for you. During a phone call, you can't share your screen, send a screenshot, or keep a history of the conversation, all of which are often essential for fast and accurate assistance. Chat support makes it easy to explain things visually, send step-by-step instructions, and always have access to the message history whenever you need it.

We've also designed our platform to be as simple and intuitive as possible, so that you may not need help at all. As an old Chinese proverb says: "Tell me and I forget, show me and I remember, involve me and I understand." We truly believe that visual communication is far more effective than a phone conversation without context.

Our commitment to the planet

We are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible. While we do rely on several data centers across the EU, which do have a CO2 impact, it's important to note that internet communication currently requires these resources. We remain hopeful that greener solutions will become available soon.

In the meantime, we do our part by operating with a single office, while our team works remotely whenever possible. To help us minimize waste, we kindly ask that you avoid requesting paper documents. We don't print or mail physical materials in order to save trees and protect the environment. We strive to operate electronically wherever we can in today's world to show respect for our planet.
