The owner of the account gets the Administrator rights by default.

NOTE: All invited hosts have access to the webinar room only. Only one account is attached to the cabinet — the account of one Administrator. Moderators, like invited hosts, do not have access to your account. The division of rights in MyOwnConference is done in the room only.
